Attn. Nancy and Rick!
Rick called first after he visited our condo at the Pelican to give us a requested estimate on replacing our two sets of sliding windows on the ocean side of our unit.. He said that the sliding ocean front windows had been replaced with impact glass. He said that if Indian River had done the work, they would stand behind it as most companies should do.
We could not find a record of the repairs and I called back and got Nancy on the phone. She was kind enough to say she would call the permit office to see if any permits had been pulled to fix our windows and which company had pulled the permits. This is exceptional customer service #1. I did not know this could be done but Nancy did.
Nancy called back and told me that they had done work on our windows and that she was going to work with Rick to see what his recommended repairs would be. This is exceptional customer service #2. Taking ownership of the work is so much appreciated. I have no idea what Rick will report to what is needed. I can look at the windows and know that they need to be fixed, but I don’t know how bad they have deteriorated in 8 years.
Because of this exceptional service, we will use Indian River Glass for all of our window needs. We will also share this story with the other owners in the condo association.

I just wanted to write you a note to say how much we already love our new windows, even tho the install is not complete yet. They look so much better than the old ones, I don’t think Clint and I realized how bad the old ones looked!
I also wanted to compliment your crew. They are all so very nice and professional and are doing such a meticulous job at keeping everything covered and vacuuming as they go along and cleaning up at the end of the day. I so appreciate what a great group they are and the care they are putting into our install. I believe John and Alex are both the leads and
they are just awesome. We are so grateful we will have impact glass for wherever Irma decides to come through here in FL – we certainly could not have planned that better!

I wanted to drop you a note to let you know how pleased Mindy and I are with the windows and the installation process. Selecting a good vendor to do what most people only do once in a lifetime, spending $15k to $20k, and not knowing too much about what I’m buying, can be a daunting task. During the sales process, you answered all of my questions properly, educated me and made the process much easier. Your installation crew was just great. They were sticklers for perfection and the end result show it. They were great guys and got along well. Two days of rain didn’t help but they managed to work thru it all. 5 stars.
I had my handyman come by my house and he liked the story I told him about the process and how IRG handled everything. He was impressed enough to ask for your card for some window replacement. Today, the Volusia County inspector showed up. After I told him IRG did the job, he told me that IRG is the only company he’d allow to replace his windows. He barely had to do much inspecting.
So, I want to thank you again for everything and I want you to share this email with Mike Farmer and your senior management.
